Now just a quick update on the good stuff! Teaching has been amazing the kids are sooo cute they all want to touch me and they love my hair, they will happily sit there and pet me like a dog for hours, most of them have never seen a Mzungo (white person) and anything i say they giggle and they make soo much fun of me wheni try to spaek Maasai. Home life is great we were all dancing up a starm last night was mama was making dinner over the fire. Yesterday i went to this guys Dominics hout with Adrian he is oo lovely he is training to run marathons and he runs45K a day!! it is kinda sad though coz i don't think he will ever have the money to race in the places where he will be seen. He lives in a traditional maasai boma, just sticks and cow poo very dark with lots of flies and a fire inside so it is incredibly smoky, his sister dressed me up in traditional maasai i look soo rediculous i will post the pics asap so you can all laugh at me! Anywh i am heading out on Safari so i must go, please don't worry about me i am incredibly happy and having the time of my life , even though it was a bad start i would still do it all again as it makes me appreciate everything so much more, talk to you all soon xx

i had a meeting with michelle today and told her everything that ws going on and she is trying to communicate with the village and sort things out but it is soo good now i love it there. I can't wait to go back afterr safari! xoxo
Hi Sweetie, OMG!!! THat's all I can say.. So glad everything's worked out and it all sound so amazing now. I can't even imagine what it would be like to be doing something as incredible as u right now.. having all the kids be so intigued by you.. wicked.. I feel a lot happier knowing that ure having the trip you were meant to have, after all this has been your dream for so long.. Can't wait to hear about the safari and everything else, plus see some pics.. Having a girls nite at mine on fri.. your mum and my mum are coming! Love always Jen
wow i dont know how you do it! i would have been on the first plane home.... but thats cuz i'm a baby! i am so happy it all worked itself out! i guess most of the time it does! i miss you lots i find myself wanting to call you when i have a bad day and vent to get your always helpfull and rational advise! now i just vent to joe... he isnt any good at it.. most of the time he just zones out! ha oh well youll be home soon

I have been trying ot call you for a few days either phone is off or no service where you are or I think the battery has run low. If the latter can you charge it.? I prefer to chat than e-mail like this. Not much change here or apart from the snow that was on my car the other day just had to have a final blast and of course with a damp basment that is just perfect conditions to ensure it will be nice and smelly fot you coming back. Just kidding I plan to buy a new carpet if I have to so let me know if you have any preferances, that of course means you have to chip in with the money hehehehehe. We all miss you and are so happy to be living through you even got us tempted to go AND YES UGANDA is OUT they are having some conflicts there unless you go to some very small areas and you need to go through the dodgy parts to get to them but I will do some more research.

Your second mama and papa from deepest darkest devon here! Wow! Your life in Africa so far sounds amazing - you're ver courageous!
